The talk explains in detail the identification of the singular energy- momentum and spin tensors at the center of the three-dimensional Kerr–de Sitter black hole. Utilizing an SO(1,3) Chern–Simons formulation and the non-Abelian Stokes theorem, we characterize the singularity as a spinning massive point particle. We derive explicit expressions for its mass and angular velocity, establish a new physical bound on the black hole parameters, and discuss the conserved charges as seen by the source. This work is motivated by the de Sitter/DSSYK correspondence and may be helpful to extend the known duality dictionary.
