11/12/2025We discuss the on-chip generation of THz comb states in the 1-4 THz bandwidth and their on-chip manipulation. We demonstrate broadband frequency comb operation both in AM and FM regimes as well as an inverse-designed, integrated 3-channel wavelength division multiplexer.
