Neutrino Experiments Light the Way to New Physics

Even though neutrinos have been discovered several decades ago, they still puzzle the community and several of their properties are still unknown, even questions like if they are their own anti-particles or
not. Several experiments are dedicated to unravel the underlying mystery but also the LHC might have to say something. A summary of these fascinating investigations for the interested layman has been published recently in Scientific American.
