Würzburg Seminar on Quantum Field Theory and Gravity

I will start by reviewing the color-kinematic duality and double copy construction in the context of amplitudes. As the main example I will consider the color-kinematic duality for 3D Chern-Simons theory and I will briefly describe the double copy construction for Chern-Simons theory. In second part of the talk I will explain how this is related to 3D gravity and offer alternative formulations of gravity compatible with double copy construction.
