Wilhelm Wien Institut

The newly established Wilhelm Wien Institute provides the faculty of the Institute for Theoretical Physics and Astrophysics with the opportunity to invite and appoint a distinguished theorist as Wilhelm Wien Professor every year.

While the activities of the Wien Professor are likely to vary over the years, we plan to ask each appointee to give a special colloquium.
