JMU Mobility Fellowship awarded to Siddhartha Dam
05.08.2025Dr. Siddhartha Dam was awarded a JMU Mobility Fellowship by JMU president Prof. Dr. Paul Pauli.
Dr. Siddhartha Dam, a postdoctoral researcher in the Chair of Applied Physics at Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg, has been awarded a JMU Mobility Fellowship for a three-month research stay at RIKEN in Japan. From September through November 2025, he will join Dr. Michael Fraser’s team to conduct cutting-edge experiments on exciton-polariton systems. The fellowship — organized by JMU’s Research Advancement Centre — covers 50 % of the project costs, with the remaining support provided by the Chair of Applied Physics.
