Institute for Topological Insulators

The Institute for Topological Insulators (ITI) provides a worldwide unique infrastructure bringing together state-of-the-art technologies and world leading researchers to realize novel device concepts. It has the mission of conducting internationally leading research towards the development, understanding, and applications of topological insulators.

ITI covers the four research areas:
1. Molecular beam growth of topological insulators
2. Optical and electron-beam lithographic structuring and nanofabrication
3. Analysis of crystallographic properties and electric transport
4. Device structure development

More information can be found on the ITI website.
