    Research interests

    During my Master's thesis I worked on algorithmic improvements of the CTQMC technique in hybridisation expansion, for its application to real materials within the DMFT-approximation. We focussed on the effects of different parametrisations of electronic interaction: density-density, Slater-Kanamori and full-Coulomb interaction. During my PhD I will inspect 2-particle quantities in CTQMC for models of real materials. They are an important connection to experiment (via spin-spin correlation functions or susceptibilies) and allow to extend DMFT diagrammatically by nonlocal correllation effects (the dynamical vertex approximation).
